For eligible purchases from topicalscedar, the return or exchange request period remains open for 30 days from confirmed delivery.

Limited Return Categories

The no-reason program excludes personalized items, clearance and Final Sale products, gift cards, and any opened item intended for intimate or hygiene-sensitive use.

A listed exclusion does not override remedies available for damage, defects, wrong or missing goods, or any non-waivable consumer right.

Return Labels and Quality Issues

For an approved change-of-mind return or exchange, topicalscedar covers the shipping cost through a prepaid label or another no-cost method.

If an order arrives damaged, defective, mis-shipped, or incomplete, topicalscedar pays the related return shipping after the issue is verified.

No restocking fee applies to an approved return or exchange handled under this policy.

Before and After Shipment

An order may be cancelled before shipment by contacting support@topicalscedar.shop promptly. Once shipped, the request is handled under this Refund Policy.

When Approved Funds Are Returned

topicalscedar sends an approved refund back to the original payment method, with receipt of the funds expected within 5-10 business days.
